Senior Project Manager

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineer or Architecture.
• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or Project Director.
• Proven experience in managing large scale mixed-use projects.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Strong financial skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• 15+ years of experience in managing large scale phased developments and the coordination of all respective Design and Feasibility disciplines in relation to the following:
  – Refining of existing Master Plan.
  – Site Surveys.
  – Infrastructure masterplan for the project
  – Establishment of detailed phasing, implementation, and investment strategy for the project.
  – The constructing of detailed financial models, feasibility studies and cash flows projection for the overall project and its development phases.
  – Full detailed design for the kick off phase of project.
  – Tendering for Phase 1
  – Construction of Phase 1.

Project Details:

• A Masterplan is in existence for development of a land area circa. 2,500,000 m2.
• The project will comprise of 5 core development zones within this area with emphasis on mixed use of Residential, Hospitality, Leisure, Retail and Commercial Services.
