Remote Digital Account Manager needed for a leading multinational agency.
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Advertising or Marketing.
- Minimum 5 years of Agency experience – either pure digital or integrated with focus on digital.
- Quite important is for the candidate to understand the digital eco-system (not limited to Social only) and will be capable of leading the conversation with clients on this front.
- Automotive experience is an advantage.
- Experience in production (TVC/video/photography shoots) is an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Act as the point of contact for clients for digital management matters.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact.
- Set digital strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements.
- Suggest, design and implement digital projects to increase customer ROI.
- Address client queries effectively and in a timely manner.
- Present digital media strategies to clients.
- Analyze digital campaigns success.
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.
