International Logistics Manager

Remote International Logistics Manager needed for a small trading company in Switzerland.

Job Requirements:

  • BS in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain.
  • 5+ years of logistics experience in the European and Asian markets (Land and Sea Shipping).
  • Solid understanding of logistics, import and export formalities.
  • Good financial skills. Experience in VAT is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Result oriented.
  • Proficient in Ms. Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook…).
  • Excellent command of English (Any additional language would be an asset).
  • Ability to travel as required (Candidates holding a European passport are preferred).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Updating daily new orders, sales, costs, down payment, incoming payment etc…
  • Following up with suppliers on documentation. Checking if documents are done correctly etc.
  • Following up with clients to make sure they have all the requested documents and we are on time.
  • Informing clients about delays, deliveries etc…
