Executive Secretary needed for a leading company in Beirut, Lebanon.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration.
- 5-7 years’ of experience as Executive Secretary or Personal Assistant.
- Additional qualifications as Personal Assistant or Secretary are a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Fluent in French and English
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel…)
- Flexible with the working hours
- Ability to travel occasionally
- Strong multitasking skills
- Ensure the smooth running of the office and assist senior management
- Coordinate daily calendars of senior managers
- Plan appointments and events
- Act as the point of contact between executives and employees/clients
- Create regular reports and update internal databases
- Make travel arrangements
- Manage phone calls and emails
- Respond promptly to managers’ queries
- Facilitate internal communication (e.g. distribute information and schedule presentations)
- Suggest more efficient ways to run the office and troubleshoot problems
