Elite Relationship Manager

Elite Relationship Manager needed for a leading bank in Kuwait.

Bachelor’s Degree in banking relevant discipline.
Professional banking qualifications.
Good understanding of Retail Banking products and services.
Good knowledge of Retail Banking practices and processes.
Minimum 5 years of relationship management experience in Retail Banking.
Minimum Experience 3 years in Affluent Banking, or in supporting relationship management.
Excellent sales and customer service skills.
Fluent in Arabic and English.

Efficiently manage high worth clients, providing high end services and maximizing profits along with creating good will for the bank.
Corporate governance: Ensure all divisional activities comply with corporate governance & regulatory/legal frameworks.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction with all products/services offered.
Business Development: Coordinate when needed with product specialists in different businesses to push for products.
Exercise Organization: Conduct KYC exercise.
Sales: Deliver sales of products and services. Prepare sales plans in order to meet established targets. Ensure that relevant products are sold to customers based on customer risk profiles.
Enquiry Management: Respond to client enquiries and request
Clients Management: approach new clients by offering new products, services and providing continuous customer service.
