• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, with 2-3 years in a similar capacity.
• Prior experience in 5-star hotels.
• Meticulous and numerically inclined.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially in MS Excel.
• Analytical and detail oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Professional maturity with demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Self-motivated and independent.
