Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager needed for a leading freight forwarding company in Lebanon.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any other related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience as Sales or Business Development Manager in the same industry (freight forwarding).
  • Experience in GCC & Africa market is a plus.
  • Excellent communication & management skills.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Ability to work under stress and meet tight deadline.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Results driven.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.


  • Securing new business / portfolio of customers with retention for house accounts.
  • Managing daily activities of the branch.
  • Making carrier evaluation, securing contract rates with Airlines and Shipping Lines .
  • Sending sales weekly reports and updates.
  • Preparing the company presentation and SOP for all customers.
