We're looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our business in Europe.
You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
* This is a Commission Only position *
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration.
- Proven working experience in a B2B sales or business development environment.
- Proven sales track record.
- Experience in selling staffing services is a plus.
- Results-oriented individual who is driven to achieve goals.
- Good command of English.
- High energy and always looking to improve.
- Self-starter that takes action without being instructed.
- Strong interpersonal skills in influencing decision-makers.
- Persistence and superb follow up.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Generate leads through cold calling, in-person meetings, various technology platforms, and existing personal connections.
- Consult with all prospective clients regarding our services.
- Deliver exceptional service, remain engaged with all clients and build a professional network that results in further business opportunities.
- Build successful long term relationships with organizations to further establish Expertise Recruitment as a trusted staffing provider and advisor.
