Business Development Executive needed for a leading HR Consulting firm in Lebanon.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field.
1-2 years experience in service sales is required.
Fluency in English and Arabic.
Disciplined – Highly Focused – Result Oriented.
Strong presentation skills.
Strong negotiation skills.
Strong prospecting and sales planning skills.
High degree of self-motivation and ambition.
Willing to travel.
Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options and opportunities.
Make “cold calls” to solicit appointments.
Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
Answer customers’ questions about products, prices, and product uses and recommend products based on customers’ needs and interests.
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders.
Make presentations on tools and services to groups to attract new clients.
Estimate or quote prices, contract terms, and delivery dates.
Evaluate costs and revenue of agreements to determine continued profitability
Direct clients to Client Relationship Department after sales or contract signings in order to provide ongoing support.
Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.
Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors’ products, prices, and sales.
Coordinate with other departments.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
