Administration Manager needed for a leading agency in Lebanon.
- BA in Operations or Finance
- 8+ years of experience
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of Lebanese taxation and accounting systems
- Proven record implementing ERP
- Managing the administration department in our Beirut office. Primary liaison with the Traffic Manager in our Dubai office.
- Responsible for all HR functions including personnel, payroll, event management, IT (outsourced), and safekeeping / archiving of company documents.
- Liaison for all NSSF/VAT and government paperwork/submissions in a timely fashion. Managing our part-time accountant, and liaising with the auditor on all related matters.
- Maintaining all legal documentation, ensuring all are up to date (including MOM quarterly and yearly).
- Administration our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System, Odoo, to ensure the completion of timesheets, uploading of employee documents, leave tracking and expenses.
- Office custodian: Regularly managing the office, pantry, supplies. Maintaining office safety and cleanliness.
